Pet Blow Moulding Machine

This array of automatic Pet Blow Molding Machines is used for production of PET jars, bottles and containers. Available in 2 /4 mold cavity based design, such blow molding systems can produce up to 1500 pieces of bottles per hour. Molds of such systems are 200 mm thick and 240 mm wide. Maximum operating pressure of such machines is 10 kg and blowing pressure is up to 40 kg which in turn indicate their optimum performance. Maximum two operators are needed to handle such systems.  Provided spectrum of Pet Blow Molding Machines are equipped with energy efficient infrared heater that consumes 12 kw/18 kw power. These types of systems have been designed to meet different production needs of PET bottles and jars production units.
